About Us

Central Institute of Behavioural Sciences, established in 2000, is a speciality centre for day care, diagnostics, and research in mental health. The institute believes in holistic intervention and uses the umbrella approach to provide mental health for all age groups under one roof. Since its inception the institute has strived for the betterment of mental health under the able guidance of its Founder Director Dr. Shailesh Pangaonkar.

Central Institute of Behavioural Sciences is supported by a dedicated team of psychiatrists, psychologists, developmental therapist, occupational therapist, special educators and voluntary mental health workers with a common mission of applying scientific knowledge of behaviours and mental health in various settings.
